IByteTransformTransByte 方法 (Boolean)

将bool数组变量转化缓存数据，如果数组长度不满足8的倍数，则自动补0操作。
Convert the bool array variable to the cache data. If the length of the array does not meet a multiple of 8, it will automatically add 0.
